Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice
Data controller and scope
This notice has been prepared by TEYRA İnşaat Mimarlık Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for website visitors and people who contact us. The data controller can be reached at Prof. Dr. Ahmet Taner Kışlalı Mahallesi, 2731. Cadde No: 25/1, Çankaya / Ankara or via info@teyrainsaat.com.
Information collected and methods
We may receive your name, contact details, enquiry subject and message through telephone, email, WhatsApp and, when available, the contact form. Data is obtained partly or wholly by automated electronic means; written applications form part of our records. Connection logs such as IP address, request time and technical-error information may be processed for security and service continuity.
Purposes and legal grounds
Project and partnership discussions are processed where directly related to establishing or performing a contract under Article 5/2-c of Turkish Law No. 6698. General enquiries and site security may rely on legitimate interests under Article 5/2-f, without prejudicing fundamental rights; legal obligations on Article 5/2-ç; and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right on Article 5/2-e. Uses requiring explicit consent are subject to separate information and consent.
Sharing and retention
Authorised employees handling your enquiry may access the data. Necessary information may be transferred to communication and hosting providers to deliver the service, and to authorised public bodies to meet legal obligations. Third-party services may process data abroad; international transfers must meet the requirements of Article 9 of the Law. Data is kept only for the period required by legislation, enquiry follow-up and protection of legal rights, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the grounds for retention cease.
Your rights and applications
Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where applicable, deletion or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis and request compensation for unlawful processing. Send a signed application containing your identity, contact details and request to our head office, or use an email address previously registered with the company to write to info@teyrainsaat.com. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days, free of charge except where legislation permits a fee.
